Things are warming up.

South Elevation

October 11th
After five months the hard landscaping is nearly complete. Soft landscaping is beginning within days. On the inside, some cabinets are still outstanding as are some smaller bits of special glass, and a few mechanical grilles. After it's all said and done, the driveway will finally come.

East Elevation

West Elevation

April 5th
Almost all work is going on within, although exterior deck work is about to begin. On the inside paint, tile, floors, and trim are all going in at the same time.

North Elevation

Things are warming up.

South Elevation

March 8th. Gypsum work is almost complete inside, custom stairs are being installed, which means that for the first time you can move through the house as intended from level to level. Outside soffits, gutters, rainwater leaders and fascia are almost finished.

Wraps are off!
West Elevation

February 12th
Stucco has been finished, but the scaffolding remains for others to use. The metal roof is in place, and all the pandimonium is now warm and dry and inside.

South Elevation

December 17th. Mechanical and electrical work going on inside the shell. Stucco and retaining walls under way outside.

December 11th.
Septic system in place, driveway retaining walls mostly complete, house wrapped in tarps. Earlier delays require stucco to be done in cold weather, which requires wrapping the entire house and heating it from within while the work proceeds.

When the walls are taller than the floor they enclose, tilt-up construction is a challenge. The Great Room walls were made on the second floor, slid down to the first, and slowly spun into place.
