Historic Facade Phase: Working Drawings Renovation of commercial building on historic Queen Street West. The project is to modify this historic building built in three phases into something that can accomodate a single large retain tenant. Floors are being removed to increase ground floor volume, and the changes to the facade were tightly controlled by the city's Heritage Preservation department.

Tenant Improvements Phase: Ongoing Public Corridors & Fire Separations is a no-frills brand I launched in early 2011 to do my commercial/industrial renovation work, which has become the focus of my architectural work as my mineral exploration activities increase. The tenants tend to be large companies and my clients tend to be Interior Designers, Realtors, and property managers. Public Corridors gives these clients just the amount of architectural involvement they need, and the work is done quickly since these projects are all small and don't tie up large blocks of time.
